Each day, your pup will enjoy a gourmet treat of your choice — from a doggie frappuccino to an ice cream cup or specialty snack.

 

You’ll also receive daily photo updates so you never miss a moment of their stay. With priority check-in and checkout, it’s VIP treatment from drop-off to pick-up.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times

Monday - Friday:  7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM 

Check-Out: 12:00 PM

*All group play is fully supervised by trained staff — because safety always comes first. If group play isn’t the right fit, don’t worry — pups who don’t pass their social evaluation can still board and enjoy individual playtime tailored just for them.

Pre-Boarding Requirements

To ensure a safe, healthy, and happy experience for every pup in our care.

Meet & Greet (Included With Stay)

We get to know your dog before group play begins.

• Required for all new dogs before daycare or group sessions

• We assess temperament, comfort level, and socialization

• If group play isn’t a fit, your pup will still enjoy one-on-one time and individual play

Vaccination Requirements

All dogs must be up to date on core vaccines from a U.S.-licensed veterinarian:

• Rabies

• DHPP (Distemper/Parvo)

• Bordetella (within 6 months)

 

Puppies: Must complete 3 DHPP rounds and wait 14 days after the final shot.

Spay & Neuter Policy

• Daycare/Group Play: Required for dogs 7+ months

• Boarding & Grooming: Intact pets allowed with prior notice

Health & Wellness Policy

For the safety of all pets:

• No coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, or signs of contagious illness

• Pets recovering from recent illness must have veterinary clearance
