Pre-Grooming Requirements

New Client Enrollment
All dogs must complete an online enrollment form prior to their first visit.
We keep things simple.
You can book your grooming appointment in 2 easy ways:
• Online — Log into your account through our client dashboard
• In Person — Walk in and chat with our front desk team
Appointments fill quickly—especially before holidays or weekends—so we recommend booking in advance.
Vaccination & Health Requirements

Required vaccinations (proof from U.S.-licensed vet):

Rabies

DHPP (Distemper/Parvo)

Bordetella – must be given within the last 6 months

Puppies: Must complete at least 3 rounds of DHPP and wait 14 days after final round before attending.

All dogs must be free from illnesses (coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, fleas, etc.).

Recent illness? A veterinary health clearance is required before returning.
Late Pick-Up & Cancellation Policy

Late pick-up fee: $10 applies for pickups more than 2 hours after scheduled grooming.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $20 late cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
