To maintain a safe and fun environment, all dogs must:

• Be at least 4 months old

• Complete a one-time $20 Meet & Greet

• Be spayed or neutered by 7 months of age

• Be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines

• Be free of fleas, ticks, coughs, diarrhea, or any contagious illness

• Wear a quick-release collar and name tag

This $20 one-time session helps us assess your pup’s comfort level in a social group. It includes hands-on evaluation, one-on-one introductions, and slow integration into group play. It ensures your dog is a good fit for our open-play environment.

No. We welcome all breeds! However, all dogs must pass the social evaluation and meet our behavior and health requirements to ensure the safety of all guests.

Our trained staff closely monitors all group play, but like kids on a playground, minor scrapes or sore paws can happen. Safety is our top priority—our team is trained in pet first aid, and we separate dogs by size and temperament to prevent issues.

In the rare event of an illness or injury, we will immediately contact you. Our staff is trained in emergency care, and we will transport your pup to their vet or an emergency clinic if needed.
